After living in the Rio Grande Valley for several years, I relocated back to San Antonio in November 2002. This is my hometown and I am glad to be back. My husband and I really enjoy living here.

I have been working in the medical field for 16 years; the last 10 have been in medical office management. I joined Dr. Hailparn's staff as Office Manager and I am proud to be part of her staff. I truly enjoy interacting with patients and OB/GYN has always been my favorite specialty.

My duties, among many others, are to assist patients with any financial, billing and insurance issues. I am also a registered medical assistant, so at especially busy times you may find me working with the nurses in the back office.

Dr. Hailparn's practice is called "Complete & Compassionate OB/GYN Care" and everyday we strive to live up to that ideal.

I have three beautful children. Dr. Hailparn delivered my last one, a baby boy, in 1999.

In November 2002, I received my LVN diploma and license. My goal is to continue my education and become a registered nurse. I especially like to help women with their health care needs. I enjoy and love what I do.

My job is to assess patients, take histories, draw blood, administer injections, answer patient questions and help with educating patients about their health and counsel them on family planning.

I was born in Los Angeles California. My husband, Louis, and I were blessed with four beautiful children. I have been in the medical field for over 10 years, most of which has been OB-GYN. I have worked for Dr. Hailparn before and I am glad to be back!

My current position is back office Medical Assistant. I take pride in the quality of my work and I love interacting with our patients.

My expertise is in caring for the physical condition of the patients as well as insurance coverage and benefits. I feel confident that I can help you with any questions you may have. I am proud to be a part of Dr. Hailparn's staff and look forward to assisting you in any way I can.

I am the office receptionist as well as the medical records clerk. I check patients in and out, verify insurance information, handle scheduling and help maintain proper medical records in the office.

Dr. Hailparn has been my doctor for five-and-a-half years. She delivered both my children. My youngest was born on January 19, 2004.

I am happy and thankful to have a sincere doctor to treat me and work for. The patient-staff relationship is the best I have ever encountered.
